Calling all spicy ramen addicts! Each pack includes 5 completely different spicy instant ramen. We scour Japan to bring you the hottest and tastiest ones. This could be from legendary Tokyo spicy ramen shops...or limited time offerings. 
 
- If you purchase mutiple packs (2+) at once, each pack will include the same 5 ramen (what's available at the time).

  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping is free for all ramen packs expect for some countries, where express or expedited shipping are the only options (where other shipping methods have been suspended). The declared value of each pack is normally under the allowed duty free amount for most countries. However, please note that depending on your country's import laws, there may be additional custom fees.

  • When will my pack ship?
    After purchasing, your ramen pack will be shipped within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email after the purchase and another email when the pack has been shipped.
  • What is the estimated delivery time?
    Different shipping options are available at checkout. For more info about your particular country, please scroll down to the last question ("Which shipping method will be used for my country"). Please note that there can be delays due to the ever-changing global shipping situation. Some countries may only have Surface Mail as an option (not Airmail).
  • Are shipments tracked?
    All shipments are currently tracked. But this can change in the future, relative to the shipping methods available.
  • Regarding Ramen Subscriptions
    Currently, Ramen Monthly Subscriptions are not available.
  • My ramen has not arrived yet, what now?
    Please note that arrival time can be affected by the number of available flights, national holidays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control. If you're worried about your shipment, please contact us at info@instantramen.jp and we’ll promptly look into it.
  • When I opened my package one of the items was damaged
    We try our best to package the ramen in a manner that should prevent breakage. But if this does occur, please send us an email with a photo of the damaged item: info@instantramen.jp
  • Risk of Loss
    The products purchased on this website will be shipped using a third party. Once the purchased items have been delivered to the shipping company, the risk of loss has been passed onto the buyer of the product. It is the responsibility of the buyer to submit the correct address information and we cannot be held responsible for any errors made by the buyer. ​ The Ramen Packs sold on InstantRamen.jp may contain (dried) meat or egg products.
