Yuzu Maze Soba
This one is from Iida Shoten, Japan's top ranked ramen shop!
But you won't find this ramen on their regular menu. This limited time instant ramen is a Maze Soba (a Soupless Ramen). There's bright bursts of yuzu citrus alongside a rich pork and chicken base. There's a bit of heat as well.
The chicken meat ball toppings are particularly tasty.

- Boil 500 ml of water
- Pull lid (without removing completely) from tab A to tab B (marked on outside), remove packets
- Place toppings in clear green packet on top of noodles
- Pour boiled water up to line, seal lid, place green packet on top of lid (heating the soup)
- After 5 minutes, pull off tab C on lid, break up noodles and drain water
- Add both silver packets (2), mix noodles
- Add clear packet contents and it's ready!
