Tora Shokudo Ramen
Ramen restaurant "Tora Shokudo" is synonymous with Shirakawa style ramen.
Shirakawa, Fukushima isn't a big city. But the ramen there leaves a BIG impression. Shirakawa ramen is defined by a relatively light, soy sauce powered soup, handmade noodles and juicy dumplings.
Tora Shokudo is the most famous ramen restaurant to do this style. This official instant ramen makes sure to recreate all of the Shirakawa trimmings - a beautiful soup, thick noodles, and wonderfully flavored dumplings.

- Boil 420 ml of water
- Open lid (without removing completely), remove packets
- Place toppings in clear purple packet on top of noodles
- Pour boiled water up to line, seal lid
- After 5 minutes, break up noodles, pour in pink and light blue packets (2), mix soup, and it's ready!
