Tomita Buta Maze Soba
On some websites, Chuukasoba Tomita is ranked highest among all of Japan's ramen shops!
This official instant ramen from Tomita is soupless (maze soba). Splendidly thick noodles match up with a bold soy sauce-seasoned pork and fish base. Crunchy cabbage and small pieces of chashu pork are the toppings of choice. But what's most fun are the two condiments - fresh garlic and a rich Japanese style mayonnaise!

- Boil 770 ml of water
- Pull lid (without removing completely) from no. 1 to no. 2 (marked on outside), remove packets
- Pour boiled water close to top, seal lid
- After 5 minutes, pull no. 3 tab on lid
and drain water
- Add red packet and mix noodles
- Add yellow (mayo) and black yellow packets (garlic) and it's ready!
