
Tokushima Ramen
Remote and known for its breath taking scenery, Tokushima is big on ramen.
Tokushima ramen is tonktosu shoyu (pork bones and soy sauce). It's a heavier style and the often brown colored, rich soup is properly replicated in this instant version.
The thick noodles are a tasty treat, as is the raw egg topping. This raw egg is an important part of Tokushima ramen! Don't worry, the concerns surrounding raw eggs are not an issue in Japan.

- Boil 440 ml of water
- Open lid (without removing completely), remove packets
- Empty clear purple packet into bowl
- Pour boiled water up to line, seal lid, place red packet (soup) on top of lid
- After 5 minutes, break up noodles, pour in red packet, mix soup
- Add yellow packet (egg sauce) and it's ready!
