Tenka Ippin Ramen
Kyoto-based "Tenka Ippin" is one of Japan's most beloved ramen chains.
They serve both a light "assari" ramen and a heavy "kotteri" ramen. Between the two, their "kotteri" ramen is everyone's favorite. It features an unforgettable, rich and thick chicken soup.
This instant ramen is based on that same kotteri ramen. The noodles soak up that rich soup like a magnet.

- Boil 430 ml of water
- Open lid (without removing completely), remove packets
- Place toppings in blue packet on top of noodles
- Pour boiled water up to line, seal lid
- After 5 minutes, break up noodles, pour in red and green packets (2), mix soup, and it's ready!
