Suratanmen (Hot & Sour)

Think of this as hot and sour soup...but with noodles!

Suan La Tang, also known as hot and sour soup, is a popular Chinese dish around the world. Suratanmen is a variation of this dish born in Tokyo. They basically added noodles to the soup....adding noodles makes everything better!

The thick soup is hot from chili oil and sour from black vinegar. It also features a fun array of toppings, from soft tofu to fluffy egg.
