Sumire Miso Ramen
Sumire might just be the most famous Sapporo City miso ramen restaurant.
This instant miso ramen is just like what you get at Sumire. It has a thick layer of tasty pork lard that keeps the broth hot (Sapporo City is cold). Seasoned minced pork adds to this hearty broth and thick curly noodles pull it all in. This one is sure to please!

- Boil 440 ml of water
- Open lid (without removing completely), remove packets
- Place toppings in CLEAR PURPLE packet on top of noodles
- Pour boiled water up to line, seal lid and place ORANGE packet (soup) on top to heat, wait 4 minutes
- Break up noodles and pour in ORANGE AND GREEN packets, mix soup and it's ready!
