This soupless ramen (maze soba) is from Tomita, who many regard to be Japan's top ramen shop.

Tomita is actually best known for a rich tsukemen (dipping ramen). But they're adventurous with their instant ramen offerings, often creating instant ramen that aren't available on their regular menu.

It's the same for this instant ramen. Shrimp is the centerpiece but there's a strong base of pork, which helps the oil stick to the noodles. But it's the shrimp flavors you'll notice most, including dried shrimp among toppings.
