
Shingen Miso Ramen
"Shingen" is one of Sapporo's greatest miso ramen shops.
The "koku" miso ramen is what everyone orders there. This instant ramen is based on it! White miso is the soup's centerpiece and "koku" appropriately describes the soup's full-bodied flavor. There's also sweetness coming from the white miso, a sweetness that's strengthened by the large amount of negi (spring onions).
It doesn't get better than this. I can't think of any other instant white miso ramen that matches up.

Written Instructions:
- Boil 420 ml of water
- Open lid (without removing completely), remove packets
- Place toppings in CLEAR LIGHT BLUE packet on top of noodles
- Pour boiled water up to line, seal lid and place PINK packet (soup) on top to heat, wait 5 minutes
- Break up noodles and pour in PINK and PURPLE packets (2), mix soup
- Add WHITE GREEN packet contents and it's ready!
