Seabura Shoyu Ramen

"Seabura", or pork back fat, is a popular ramen ingredient across Japan.

Besides being savory, seabura is smooth and sweet-tasting. This instant ramen has the perfect amount of it, accompanying a bold soy sauce base. As is always the case with Nissin's Raoh brand, the noodles are fantastic. Enjoy the fresh green negi (spring onions), big slice of chashu pork, and the 2 sheets of dried seaweed!
