Santora Oshima Miso Ramen
This is an epic tie-up between Tokyo miso ramen shop heavyweights "Santora" and "Oshima"!
"Santora" and "Oshima" are two of Tokyo's highest ranked miso ramen shops. Both boast lineage from legendary Sapporo miso ramen group "Sumire". With this backdrop, you know to expect something great with this instant ramen.
TRY (Tokyo Ramen of the Year) magazine also worked with these two ramen shops to make this soupless instant miso ramen happen. The thick sauce is buttery rich in flavor. The miso is there too, but it's more subtle - joining the ginger and garlic notes in the background.
This one's a winner...as it should be, given the parties involved!

Written Instructions:
- Boil 600 ml of water
- Pull lid (without removing completely) from tab A to tab B (marked on outside), remove packets
- Place toppings in clear pink packet on top of noodles
- Pour boiled water up to line, seal lid, place orange silver packet on top (heating soup)
- After 5 minutes, pull off tab C on lid and drain water
- Add orange and purple packets (2), mix noodles, and it's ready!
