Saimi Miso Ramen
"Saimi" might just be Japan's greatest miso ramen shop.
At the very least, it's Japan's highest ranked miso ramen shop (according to various websites). Located deep in snowy Sapporo (where miso ramen is from), it attracts people from around the country.
It's hearty, but it's also soft and tastily refined. The miso-powered soup has a strong accent of ginger. You get the same beautiful soup flavor in this instant ramen version.
The thick noodles and special toppings make this instant ramen worthy of the actual ramen at Saimi.

- Boil 430 ml of water
- Open lid (without removing completely), remove packets
- Place toppings in clear blue and clear orange packets (2) on top of noodles
- Pour boiled water up to line, seal lid, place silver pink packet on top of lid (heating the soup)
- After 5 minutes, break up noodles, pour in brown and silver pink (2), mix soup, and it's ready!
