Oshima Miso Ramen
"Oshima" might just be Tokyo's best miso ramen restaurant. That's at least according to a number of different Japanese websites and local experts.
They do a "JunSumi" style of miso ramen. Very much a winter ramen, this means a hearty, pork lardy soup. But Oshima's version of this style is more gentle in flavor and perhaps even more refined. But all of the elements of the style are there - from the delicious minced pork topping to the presence of ginger. In short, this instant ramen is amazing. Enjoy the thick noodles too!
