Numazu Tantanmen
This one is from "Iida Shoten", which many regard to be Japan's top ranked shop! However, this specific ramen is only served at their Numazu branch, not their main one.
This ramen is a spicy tantanmen. Well-balanced in flavor, there's a fair amount of acidity, heat from chili oil, and a sesame mildness. The noodles are fantastic too.

- Boil 430 ml of water
- Open lid (without removing completely), remove packets
- Place toppings in clear brown packet on top of noodles
- Pour boiled water up to line, seal lid and place silver packet (soup) on top to heat, wait 5 minutes
- Break up noodles and pour in silver and pink packets (2), mix soup, pour in orange packet and it's ready!
