If you're going to do scallop ramen, it's got to be Noodle Voice!

Noodle Voice is one of the few Tokyo ramen shops serving scallop ramen. Naturally, they do a fantastic job with their official instant ramen.

The soup is rich and thick, made up not just scallops, but also chicken bones. Thick, wavy noodles help you mop it all up.

Just like at their Tokyo ramen outpost, this instant ramen comes with white onions. They appropriately cut through the rich broth, along with green spring onions. There's also a big slab of chashu pork.
