Naritake Shoyu Ramen

"Naritake" does shoyu ramen with seabura!

Seabura is pork back fat. A popular addition to ramen soup, seabura is sweet and greasy. Ramen group Naritake is known for using quite a bit of it in their ramen.

It's no different in their instant ramen. The soy sauce seasoned soup has a good amount of seabura, giving it a heavier body and flavor. Enjoy the thick noodles and the crunchy bean sprouts in this one.
