Nakiryu Tantanmen
Tokyo is home to 2 Michelin star ramen shops - and this one (Nakiryu) has an instant ramen!
This is a supremely tasty tantanmen (a spicier style of ramen). It's deeply layered with different flavors. You have creaminess from white sesame paste and spiciness from raiyu chili oil. These collide with a complex soup that's chicken, duck, and plenty of other high-level ingredients. Simply put, it'll blow you away.

- Boil 430 ml of water
- Open lid (without removing completely), remove packets
- Place toppings in RED packet on top of noodles
- Pour boiled water up to line, seal lid and place RED AND GREEN packets (soup) on top to heat, wait 3 minutes
- Break up noodles and pour in GREEN packet, mix soup
- Pour in BROWN packet (no need to mix) and it's ready!
