
Nagasaki Champon
Nagasaki Champon isn't your typical ramen.
First of all, they cook the noodles and soup together (normally in ramen the noodles are added to the soup)!
Nagasaki Champon also features a colorful array of toppings. This instant version features a grand total of 6! You have everything from shrimp to cabbage.
As its name suggests, Nagasaki Champon was born in Nagasaki City. There's a ton of great Chinese food there. It's therefore no surprise that Champon is Chinese cuisine inspired.
Lastly, the velvety soup is rich and the noodles extra thick!

- Boil 430 ml of water
- Open lid (without removing completely), remove packets
- Place toppings in pink packet on top of noodles
- Pour boiled water up to line, seal lid
- After 5 minutes, break up noodles, pour in dark blue packet mix soup, and it's ready!
