Maruchan Umakara Tantanmen
This Tantanmen (a spicy style of ramen) comes from the premium "Maruchan Seimen" brand.
As you'd expect, it more than delivers! The word "Umakara" means savory and spicy. That's exactly what this is - it's spicy, but not overpoweringly so. The rich, sesame nutty soup is top-notch tasty. Just like in actual tantanmen, you have minced pork (instead of sliced pork) and crunchy bok choy for toppings.

- Boil 400 ml of water
- Open lid (without removing completely), remove packets
- Place toppings in RED packet on top of noodles
- Pour boiled water up to line, seal lid and place YELLOW AND GRAY packet (soup) on top to heat, wait 5 minutes
- Break up noodles and pour in YELLOW AND GRAY packet, PINK packet, mix soup, and it's ready!
