Kii Tonkotsu Ramen
"Kii" is the old name for Wakayama Prefecture, which is home to a rich style of ramen!
Wakayama, or Kii ramen, is rich and thick from pork bones (tonkotsu). But there's also tanginess and saltiness from the soy sauce (shoyu) base. You get all of this soupy goodness with this instant version.
For toppings, there's menma (bamboo shoots), negi (spring onions), and a nice slice of pork. What's most noticeable though is the bright pink narutomaki (fish cake). The medium-thick, straight noodles are a delight as well.
