Keika Tonkotsu Ramen

You'll absolutely love Keika's pork bone (tonkotsu) ramen with black garlic oil!

Keika is a modest ramen chain with roots in Kumamoto, Kyushu. Unlike other styles of pork bone ramen, Keika's Kumamoto style ramen features black garlic oil. It adds sweetness and extra depth to an already delicious, silky smooth soup. A big slab of chashu pork and chewy noodles will make you feel like you're in Kumamoto itself.
