Kamitoku Gold Ramen
Wow. It's crazy how close this instant ramen's soup is to the actual ramen shop it's from.
Tottori Prefecture is Japan's least populated Prefecture. But it does have its own ramen style - beef bone ramen! This is a unique treat, as ramen soup is normally chicken and/or pork bones. The most famous ramen shop in Tottori that serves this style is Kamitoku.
This instant ramen perfectly capture's Kamitoku's gold colored, rich beef bone soup. The same peppery kick is there too. Crunchy bean sprouts and green negi (spring onions) complement the delicious soup.
