Josui Shio Ramen
This instant ramen is from "Tokugawacho Josui", one of Nagoya's most famous ramen restaurants.
The shio (salt) seasoning gives it bright and salty base. In the soup, you have a silky chicken richness, along with notes of kelp and bonito fish. The simple toppings match the simple aesthetic of this ramen - menma (bamboo shoots) and a slice of chashu pork.
- Boil 400 ml of water
- Open lid (without removing completely)
- Place toppings in CLEAR BROWN packet on top of noodles
- Pour boiled water up to line, seal lid and place LIGHT BLUE (soup) on top to heat, wait 4 minutes
- Break up noodles and pour in LIGHT BLUE packet, mix soup, and it's ready!
