Ippudo Maze Soba
This is a unique, soupless take on Ippudo's famous tonkotsu ramen!
Ramen chain Ippudo is probably Japan's most successful ramen export. Today, Ippudo serves their silky pork bone (tonkotsu) ramen all over the globe.
Unlike the ramen they serve at their restaurants, this instant ramen is soupless (maze soba). But you have the same creamy pork bone base - with a total of 3 toppings and 6 special seasonings!

- Boil 710 ml of water
- Pull lid (without removing completely) from no. 1 to no. 2 (marked on outside), remove packets
- Pour boiled water up to line, seal lid, place BLUE packet on top (heating soup)
- After 3 minutes, pull no. 3 tab on lid and drain water
- Add BLUE packet and mix noodles
- Add DARK RED packet (6 types of seasoning) and it's ready!
