Inosho Spicy Ramen
Ramen shop "Mendokoro Inosho" doesn't hold back when it comes to spice - it's the same with their instant ramen!
Inosho is one of Tokyo's most famous spicy ramen shops. They have you choose from 4 levels of spiciness. This instant ramen is close to the spiciest you can get, level 4. So do be careful with that first sip!
However, there's more going on than just pure spiciness. There's also a deep pork bone richness, along with strong notes of fish. This comes from the big mound of fish and chili powder - just like at their ramen shop!
In summary, this one is fantastic...if you can handle the heat.

- Boil 440 ml of water
- Open lid (without removing completely), remove packets
- Place toppings in white green packet on top of noodles
- Pour boiled water up to line, seal lid wait 4 minutes
- Break up noodles and pour in red packets, properly mix soup
- Add purple grey packet to soup and it's ready!
