Harukiya Shoyu Ramen
"Harukiya" is one of Tokyo's oldest ramen shops that's still standing. Their history goes back to 1948. They're also one of Tokyo's most important ramen shops, having influenced a countless number of places throughout Japan.
Their crowning achievement is a Tokyo style "Chuukasoba". Think of this as old-school shoyu (soy sauce) ramen. This instant ramen properly recreates this dish, and even includes Harukiya's famous dumplings!
