Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen

Hakata in Fukuoka City is the historic home of Japan's most famous tonkotsu ramen style.

Tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen differs from region to region. But everyone in Japan knows about Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen! This ramen style is at the heart of Fukuoka City's soul. This instant ramen makes sure it's properly recreated.

The soup is deliciously milky, with thin, Hakata style noodles to match.
