Hachioji Shoyu Ramen

Hachioji is a Western Tokyo city with its very own ramen style.

Hachioji Shoyu Ramen features a rich soy sauce-seasoned soup, with the richness coming from a generous amount of pork lard. This is what sets it apart from classic ramen in central Tokyo. In addition, Hachioji uses chopped raw onions (tamanegi) instead of spring onions (negi). These add sweetness and a wonderful freshness. This instant ramen includes all of the above!
