Garlic Shio Ramen

Inspired by a heavier style of Tokyo ramen, this shio (salt) ramen will you leave you full and satisfied!

The pork bone soup is rich and creamy...but it's also mild, with a smooth flavor coming from plenty of pork back fat (seabura). The salt seasoning is light and allows flashes of garlic flavor to come alive. Crunch from cabbage and spring onions provide a nice contrast to the beautifully seasoned minced pork.
