
Do Miso Ramen
Do Miso is among Tokyo's most well-known miso ramen shops. They serve a miso ramen with a robust flavor and thicker soup via seabura (pork back fat).
But this addition of seabura doesn't make the soup as heavy as you'd think. It's actually smooth tasting and a bit sweet. The same could be said for the soup in the instant version! You get all that and still a beautiful miso flavor. From the toppings, corn is a big reminder that this a Do Miso bowl. Lastly, enjoy the super thick noodles!

- Boil 430 ml of water
- Open lid (without removing completely), remove packets
- Place toppings in clear blue packet on top of noodles
- Pour boiled water up to line, seal lid and place silver packet (soup) on top to heat, wait 5 minutes
- Break up noodles and pour in silver brown and silver black packets (2), mix soup, and it's ready!
