Crab Tonkotsu Ramen
This instant ramen is from Tokyo's most celebrated crab ramen shop, "Crab Taifuu".
Recreating their signature ramen, this instant version is brimming with strong crab flavors. Besides crab, the soup is distinctly thick and rich from pork. Just like at the real ramen shop, there are also white onions. These serve the purpose of breaking up that rich soup and adding crunch. In summary, this is one of the most unique and addictive instant ramen out there.

- Boil 410 ml of water
- Open lid (without removing completely), remove packets
- Place toppings in red packet, clear red packet (2) on top of noodles
- Pour boiled water up to line, seal lid and place purple packet (soup) on top to heat
- Break up noodles and pour in purple packet, white blue packet (2), mix soup and it's ready!
