Cold Yuzu Ramen

This is one of the few cold instant ramen on the market - and it's fantastic!

First of all, don't dismiss cold ramen. For one, cold noodles are much firmer since they aren't cooking in a hot soup.

The flavor base in this cold ramen is a bright shio (salt) with traces of chicken, garlic, and refreshing yuzu. Yuzu is a citrus fruit that goes really well with cold dishes in Japan.
