
Chicken Shio Ramen
This ramen features a bright shio (salt) seasoning and a beautiful chicken soup!
It's similar to bowls at famous Tokyo ramen shops like "Menya Syo" or "Daiki". A punchy salt seasoning and warm chicken flavor are the centerpieces. But the yuzu kosho (citrus chili paste) packet adds an extra layer of zesty sweetness. Enjoy the chicken meatball toppings - there are a lot of them!

- Boil 430 ml of water
- Open lid (without removing completely), remove packets
- Place toppings in blue packet on top of noodles
- Pour boiled water up to line, seal lid and place red packet (soup) on top to heat, wait 4 minutes
- Break up noodles and pour in red and yellow packets, properly mix soup, and it's ready!
