Barikote Tonkotsu Ramen

Barikote is one of Tokyo's top tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen shops.

Besides tasty Hakata style tonkotsu, they're known for refusing media coverage requests. You can see this written on the cover - "Shuzai NG" ("Shuzai" is coverage and "NG" stands for No Good). This instant ramen is faithful to their shop's 100% pork bone soup. It's milky rich in flavor, but also refined. The noodles only take 60 seconds to boil, especially if you want them to have maintain that wonderful firmness!
